Before you begin

Locations and zones are the operating map for Beat Breeze. A clear structure makes player setup, permissions, schedules, and support much easier to reason about.

A location is the venue or property

Use one location for a hotel, restaurant, shop, spa, office, or other physical property. A multi-property account can keep every venue in the same dashboard while separating its spaces.

A zone is one independent music stream

A zone represents a space that needs its own music plan and player, such as Lobby, Restaurant, Rooftop, or Spa. Two rooms can share a location but follow different music and schedules when they are separate zones.

The Control room belongs to one zone

Selecting a zone opens its Control room. This is where you compare music readiness, player state, live control, today's flow, player access, and activity for that one space.

Team access follows the structure

Team members should receive only the locations and zones they operate. Someone without access to a zone should not use another zone's player code or make its music changes.

What success looks like

  • Each physical space that needs independent music has its own zone.
  • Zone names are clear to venue teams and support staff.
  • Players, permissions, and music changes point to the intended zone.

Tell us what is happening in your venue

Include the location, zone, player type, and the last step you completed. That gives our support team a useful starting point.
