Privacy requests (PDPA)

Under the PDPA (and equivalent laws such as the GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we process it. Submit a request below and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g. by replying from the email address on your account) before acting on a request — that protects your data from being handed to someone else.

You can also email support@bmasiamusic.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Our data-handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
