Getting started
Start with music in one zone, then coordinate screens, messages and automations across the whole venue from the same platform.
Create the account, describe the business and open the first zone. A 14-day trial starts with one zone and no charge today.
Install the free Player on a device connected to the speakers. Use browser-based TV Channels on the screens already in the venue. No proprietary box is required.
Choose the music, publish screen content, prepare announcements and build visible rules for time, weather and calendar moments. Then let the schedule do the routine work.
Beat Breeze Remote
Once your zones are playing, managers can install the free Beat Breeze Remote on their phones. See what's playing in every zone you're allowed to control, pause or skip, adjust volume, switch playlists, and ask the Music Director. The Remote controls your venue's players; it never becomes one, so the music keeps running at the venue no matter where the manager is.
Day to day
The bar, lobby, spa and shop floor can each follow their own music plan, screen channel and operating schedule from one dashboard.
The TVs in your venue don't have to sit dark. Generate images and video with AI in the Content Studio (available on paid plans) — today's special, a promo, a brand moment — and stream them to any screen as a TV Channel, paired with your zone's music. Your music platform and your screens in one product — no separate signage service to buy.
Schedule spoken announcements and screen messages for the right zones and languages, or create phone-on-hold audio from the same workspace.
Use time, weather and calendar signals to prepare automatic responses. Every rule and decision remains visible to the team.
Download your music for offline playback. If your connection drops mid-service, the music keeps playing — no silent dining room, no hardware box required.
Team seats cost nothing. Give your manager control of one location, your barista control of one zone, or lock a zone so the brand playlist can't be changed at all. Permissions are enforced server-side, not just hidden buttons.
Licensing
Beat Breeze-supplied music is cleared for commercial public performance in your subscribed venues and zones. It is not registered with any PRO or CMO, so you do not need a separate society licence or owe a further society royalty for our music. Every certificate is issued to your business, lists the covered zones, and includes a public verification link.
