No tiers, no pricing maze — one optional add-on (the Epidemic Sound premium catalog) if you want it.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your music pauses, but nothing is deleted. Your zones, playlists, schedules, and player setup are all saved, and you can keep browsing your dashboard. Subscribe any time to pick up exactly where you left off. The trial is for first-time subscribers — if you've subscribed before, you can resubscribe instantly from your dashboard.

How do AI credits work?

Credits power the AI features: composing original music with Compose, images for your screens, AI video, and voice announcements. Each zone includes 30 credits a month, and you can top up with a credit pack in a busy month — top-up credits never expire.

An optional premium catalog: thousands of tracks by real artists, licensed directly from Epidemic Sound, for +$12/zone/month on top of your plan. You can preview the whole Epidemic catalog free inside the app; once added to a zone, its playlists mix straight into your regular catalog. Cancel it anytime — your base plan is complete without it.

Does it keep playing if the internet drops?

Yes. The player automatically downloads your full music schedule in the background, so a Wi-Fi blip — or an outage that lasts all evening — doesn't silence your venue. This works in the browser player and the native apps alike, with no hardware box.

Can I play different music in different areas?

That's exactly what zones are for. The bar plays deep house while the lobby plays jazz and the spa plays ambient — each zone has its own schedule, and you control them all from one dashboard.

Can my staff control the music — and can I stop them?

Both. Team seats are free, and permissions are per zone: give trusted staff the full library, or lock a zone so the brand playlist physically can't be changed (the server refuses, it's not just a hidden button).

Yes. AI voice announcements support dozens of languages — from English and Spanish to Thai and Japanese — typed as text, generated as natural speech, and layered over your music on schedule.

Is it legal to play Beat Breeze in my business?

Yes. Our entire catalog is licensed for commercial use in business venues — that's the product. Royalty-free and AI-generated music means the rights are cleared at the source.

Why can't I just use Spotify or YouTube?

Accepted Answer

Consumer streaming services are licensed for personal use only — their own terms prohibit playing them in a business. Venues using them risk takedowns and collecting-society claims. A business music service licenses the commercial use properly.

Question 20

Will I owe public-performance fees on top?

Accepted Answer

With mainstream-catalog services, collecting societies (in Thailand: MCT and TECA) can still bill your venue separately for public performance — that's on top of the subscription. Beat Breeze's catalog is licensed royalty-free and our AI-composed tracks are original works, so society royalties don't apply to the catalog itself.
