How to Find, Preview and Assign Music in Beat Breeze

Open Search
Choose Search in the dashboard navigation, then use Full catalogue search. This keeps the task focused on finding music rather than starting with a live zone.
Describe what you need
Enter a genre, mood, artist, song, album, or useful venue phrase in Search the catalogue. Start broad, then add one specific term if the result set is too large.
Narrow the result type
Choose All, Playlists, or Songs. Results can be grouped under Playlists, Artists, Songs, Albums, and Categories so you can tell what kind of item you are opening.
Preview without changing a zone
On a playlist card, choose Play preview. Use Pause preview to stop it. Preview audio plays in the dashboard and does not replace the music running in a venue zone.
Save it or choose a zone
Choose Save to library if you want to keep the playlist for later. Choose Play in zone only when you are ready to select a permitted zone and make an operational music change.
View details opens the playlist before you decide.
Confirm it worked
What success looks like
- The search results match the item type and musical intent you need.
- Preview audio can be started and paused without changing a live zone.
- A useful playlist is saved to Library or deliberately sent to the correct zone.
Troubleshooting
The results are too broad
Switch from All to Playlists or Songs, then add one distinguishing word such as a mood, energy, instrument, or genre.
Preview does not make sound
Check the computer's output and browser volume. Preview audio belongs to the dashboard computer, not the venue player.
