Before you begin
Saving and creating solve different jobs. Save a catalogue playlist when Beat Breeze already has the set you want. Create your own when you need a custom sequence or a place to collect individual songs.

How to Create Your Own Playlist in Beat Breeze
Watch the walkthrough, or continue with the complete written steps below.
Save a catalogue playlist
Find the playlist in Search, then choose Save to library on its card. Beat Breeze confirms Saved to library.
Open Library and look under Playlists. Catalogue saves can appear as Saved from catalogue or Bookmarked, depending on the surface you used.
Create a playlist with AI assistance
Open Create and choose the zone you are planning music for. Select One playlist, then Create a playlist with AI. Describe the atmosphere, energy, and whether you want vocals, and choose an approximate length. Select Generate playlist when your brief is ready.
AI selects existing catalogue songs for your playlist; it does not compose new music. Review the proposal and its music choices, then select Apply when you are happy with it. The saved playlist opens with its songs and total playing time.
Creating the playlist does not assign it to a Player. Choose where it plays separately when you are ready.
Create a custom playlist
Open Create and scroll to Build it myself. Choose Create a playlist, enter a recognizable playlist name, and choose Create.
Beat Breeze opens the new playlist so you can continue working without searching for it in Library.
Add songs from catalogue search
Inside the playlist, choose Add songs using search or Add songs. Search the catalogue, preview from the artwork if needed, then use the plus action labeled Add to playlist.
Your own playlists are already part of Library, so they do not need a separate bookmark action.
Add more songs the same way, then close the search window to review your saved selection. You can return later to keep building the playlist.
Choose where the playlist plays
When you are ready to use the playlist, open Play to zones. Select the intended zones, then choose Play now or Play next. Check the destinations before confirming because this sends a playback instruction to those zones.
To leave current venue music unchanged, close the chooser without submitting. Your playlist stays saved in Library for later use.
Confirm it worked
What success looks like
- A saved catalogue playlist appears in Library under Playlists.
- A custom playlist opens after creation and shows the songs you added.
- No live zone changes until you deliberately assign the playlist.
Troubleshooting
The bookmark action is missing
A playlist you created is already in your Library. Bookmarking is for catalogue playlists you do not own.
The playlist was saved but the venue did not change
That is expected. Open the intended zone and choose or change its music when you are ready to make the live operational change.
Tell us what is happening in your venue
