Beat Breeze is made by BMAsia Music. Scammers sometimes copy our name in ads, search results, emails and AI chat answers. Use this page to check a message or link before you act on it.
If anything here does not match what you were told, stop and contact us through the official site.
Official websites
Our only websites are beatbreeze.io and bmasiamusic.com. The dashboard, sign-in pages and the Web Player always use a beatbreeze.io address, for example auth.beatbreeze.io for sign-in. Some venue players set up before our move to beatbreeze.io still show ace-music-web-sg.onrender.com, our previous player address.
Check the address bar before you sign in or pay. A name that only looks similar, our name with extra words such as support or billing, or a shortened link is not ours.
How to contact us
Use the contact form at beatbreeze.io/contact or email [email protected]. Service emails from Beat Breeze come from a beatbreeze.io address, and our team writes from bmasiamusic.com addresses.
We do not list a support phone number on beatbreeze.io. If an ad, search result or AI answer gives you a Beat Breeze phone number, do not call it. Use the contact form or email instead.

What we will never ask you to do
Beat Breeze and BMAsia staff will never make these requests, whatever the reason given:
- We will never ask you to run commands, or to copy and paste anything into PowerShell, Terminal, the Windows Run box or a browser address bar.
- We will never ask you to install remote-access software such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar tools.
- We will never ask for your password, a sign-in code or your card number by email, chat, text message or phone.
- We will never ask you to pay into a new or different bank account. Self-serve subscriptions and credit packs are paid only on Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages opened from Settings in your dashboard.
- The Windows player comes only from the Microsoft Store. Do not install a Beat Breeze program from any other download link.
Links that move a player to another zone
Pairing codes, QR codes and player links come from Locations in your own dashboard. When a player that is already set up opens one of these links, it asks before switching zones.
Only choose Switch this player if you or your team sent the link. Otherwise choose Keep current zone, and the player carries on as before.
Report a suspicious message or a security problem
Forward suspicious emails, or send screenshots of messages, to [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the sender and the link, but do not open the link again.

What success looks like
- You can tell an official Beat Breeze address, app listing or message from a lookalike.
- You know which requests to refuse and where to report them.
Troubleshooting
I already ran a command or installed a tool someone sent me
Disconnect that computer from the internet, change your Beat Breeze password from a different device, and tell your IT team and us. Do not sign in on that computer again until it has been checked.
I paid into a bank account from an email
Call your bank straight away and ask them to recall the payment. Then tell us through the contact form or [email protected].
Tell us what is happening in your venue
Include the location, zone, player type, and the last step you completed. That gives our support team a useful starting point.
