Before you begin
Billing controls are account-owner only. Prices, currency, trial state, zone quantity, and available actions depend on the account, so use the values shown on the page rather than a fixed example.
Open Settings, Subscription, then Billing
The Billing page shows the current plan and status. If a team member cannot open it, the account owner should complete the task rather than sharing credentials.
Read the account-specific summary
Review Current plan, status, Zones, Billing cycle, Per zone, total, and the Renews or Ends date. One subscription can cover several paid zones, but the quantity still affects the account total.
Use the available owner action
Depending on state, the page can offer Subscribe, Manage billing, Update payment method, Cancel plan, Resubscribe, or Buy credits.
Checkout and account management open Stripe-hosted pages. Review the destination and account state before confirming any payment or cancellation action.
Confirm it worked
What success looks like
- The account owner can identify the current plan, zone quantity, cycle, and renewal or end state.
- Any payment, cancellation, or resubscription choice is made on the correct Stripe-hosted account page.
- No fixed public price is mistaken for the account's actual configured total.
