Before you begin
Beat Breeze does not accept new customer music uploads. The upload feature was discontinued in July 2026 for copyright and licensing reasons.
Music already uploaded before the feature was retired remains available to its original account. This does not reopen uploading for new files.
Find music in the Beat Breeze catalogue
Open Search to find playlists, songs, artists, albums, moods, and genres available to your account. Preview the result, then save it or assign it to the intended zone.
To make your own sequence, create a playlist and add songs from catalogue search. A custom playlist is different from uploading an audio file.
Create original music with Compose
If the catalogue does not fit the brief, Compose can generate original music from a description. Review the displayed credit cost before generation and listen to the result before keeping or using it.
Ask BMAsia about a catalogue gap
If a specific commercial track or catalogue style is missing, contact BMAsia with the title, artist, venue, and intended use. This is a catalogue request, not permission to upload the file, and availability is not guaranteed.

What success looks like
- You know that new customer music uploads are unavailable.
- You can use Search or a custom playlist for available catalogue music.
- You can use Compose for reviewed original music or contact BMAsia about a catalogue gap.
Troubleshooting
I found an old upload but cannot add another file
That is expected. Existing uploads are grandfathered for their original account, but the platform no longer accepts new customer music files.
I can upload audio in Messaging
Messaging audio is for announcements. It is not a music upload and will not appear as a song in playlists or catalogue search.
Tell us what is happening in your venue
Include the location, zone, player type, and the last step you completed. That gives our support team a useful starting point.
