Beat Breeze MCP

Control your venue from your AI assistant

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to the same music operations your team already uses. Every action keeps your Beat Breeze role and zone permissions.

One secure connection

Ask naturally. Keep operational control.

Check zones, current playback, recent tracks, schedules, and alerts

Set volume, skip a track, switch playlists, and undo a temporary switch

Prepare a scheduled playlist change, then apply it with explicit confirmation

Remote MCP server

Use this exact HTTPS URL in either assistant. The browser sign-in that follows is Beat Breeze OAuth. Never paste a device token or a player pairing code into an assistant.

Setup

Claude

Add a custom connector

  1. 1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. 2. Choose Add custom connector. On Team or Enterprise, an owner first adds it under Organization connectors.
  3. 3. Name it Beat Breeze and paste the MCP server URL above.
  4. 4. Choose Connect, sign in to Beat Breeze, select your account, and approve access.
  5. 5. In a chat, enable Beat Breeze from Search and tools.

Custom connectors are available on Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.

ChatGPT

Create a custom app

  1. 1. Open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced Settings.
  2. 2. Enable developer mode and choose Create.
  3. 3. Name the app Beat Breeze, paste the MCP server URL, and choose OAuth authentication.
  4. 4. Choose Scan Tools, then sign in to Beat Breeze and approve access.
  5. 5. Create the app and enable it from the tools menu in a new chat.

Full control actions currently require ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, or Edu on the web. Workspace admins govern access.

Your normal permissions apply

Beat Breeze checks the signed-in user, account role, and zone scope on every call. An assistant cannot see or control more than that user can.

Revoke from the dashboard

Account owners can open Settings, then AI assistants, and revoke a connection. The next assistant call is blocked.
